New Training Manager
The Swimming Pool and Spa Association of NSW (SPASA NSW) is proud to announce and welcome Jeffrey Lehrer as the Associations new Training Manager.
Jeffrey Lehrer replaces Richard Gedz who was responsible for educating 100’s of learners from within and external to the swimming pool industry over the last 12 years.
Jeffrey is an experienced vocational education and development specialist with 10 year’s experience in working for the Outdoor Living Industry, Community Organisations, as well as the NSW Business Chamber of Commerce.
Jeffrey will oversee the entire SPASA NSW Training Division and will be responsible for the current suite of courses as well as the new Certificate III and IV Pool Service courses when released. Jeffrey will also spearhead the Associations New Online Training Platform which will be rolled out prior to the first quarter of 2013 allowing for accessible and affordable training nationwide.
Jeffrey commences with SPASA NSW on the 22ndNovember 2012 and will spend his first trimester undertaking intensive industry training which will see him out and about spending time with members from all sectors of the industry.
Jeffrey’s qualifications include; Bachelor of Adult Education, Diploma of Quality Auditing and TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
